A project designed and executed in 2018 on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua

 

This building were designed by Chris Shanks, the project overseen by Nemer Rocha and Megan Walters. The business went from planning to live within a year. All digital presence on Airbnb, Bookings.com, facebook, Instagram and website done by Megan. They are one of the highest convertimg accommodations on Ometepe.
